About our culture and mission

  • We are an integrated team with respect for each others differences. What's important is always looking for ways to learn and teach new things. Work should be driven by passion, fun, skill, knowledge and a purpose that goes beyond profit (although profit remains a preliminary driver of success).

  • We are in the technology business and are extremely optimistic about its potential but people are what matter. People should always say what they really think, without inhibitions and should strive constantly without fear of failure.

  • We have to be true to ourselves, our products and services and to our customers and should only do what is right and best for each of them. And if it is not the best, we should be honest and try next time to achieve it.
